Nick's Cycle Race

My husband, Nick, just got back into road

racing after taking a couple of years off.

He completed two races in the Roseburg area,

sponsored by OBRA. Cyclists came from

all over the state.

Getting the bike ready. Nick uses an Orbea for his road

races. It was purchased at Paul's Cycle Shop. Nick used

to be on the Paul's team.

There were about 30 racers in

Nick's category. Possible road hazards were

wild turkeys. Luckily none got in the way.

The racers completed two loops in the race.

There were wineries all along the course.

The weather was perfect, nice and sunny.
